The Golden Hawks Club offers a complete player development pathway through structured training programs and age-based stages. Each stage is designed to build basketball skills progressively, develop competitive habits, and inspire young athletes on and off the court. Our programs cater to players aged 4 to 16+, guiding them step by step from fundamentals to elite performance and competitive play.
Mini Hawks Program
Duration: 1–1.5 hours | Age: 4–6
A fun introduction to basketball for young beginners. Builds fundamental motor skills, hand–eye coordination, and confidence through engaging activities.
Advance Mini Hawks Program
Duration: 1.5 hours | Age: 4–8
For players with basic ball control and movement. Focus on dribbling, passing, shooting fundamentals and developing early game awareness in a motivating environment.
Development Program
Duration: 1.5 hours | Age: 7–11 (Junior) | 12–16 (Senior)
Guard-focused development. Structured fundamental training in footwork, coordination, and consistent technique. Builds training habits and encourages self-practice beyond sessions.
Advanced Development Program
Duration: 1.5 hours | Age: 7–11 (Junior) | 12–16 (Senior)
Higher-level skill training with game concepts. Covers combo moves, finishing, passing, fast break skills, off-ball movement, and defensive basics through game-based drills.
Intermediate Program
Duration: 1–1.5 hours | Age: 9–11 (Junior) | 12–16+ (Senior)
Develops tactical understanding, team play, and decision-making. Players learn spacing, movement, and game strategy to transition from fundamentals to competitive play.
Elite / High Performance Program
Duration: 1–1.5 hours | Age: 9–11 (Junior) | 12–14 (Youth) | 14+ (Senior)
High-intensity training for advanced and representative-level players. Targets advanced skill refinement, athletic development, and competitive performance.
Competition Squad
Official Golden Hawks competition teams participating in domestic leagues and tournaments. Weekly team training focuses on strategy, teamwork, and game execution.
